Monster Energy Supercross 3

Monster Energy Supercross 3 (MESX3) represents one of the most formative experiences of my professional career in the video game industry.
During my time at Milestone, one of the leading Italian studios specialized in the development of racing video games, I had the opportunity to contribute to the project as a Junior Programmer, working in particular on aspects related to the user interface and development support tools

Beyond the technical contribution, this experience was above all an extraordinary opportunity for professional growth. Joining a team of dozens of specialists from different disciplines allowed me to understand what it means to develop a video game to high industry standards.

At Milestone, I learned the importance of planning, cross-departmental collaboration, quality control, process optimization, and attention to detail that characterize professional production. I was able to observe firsthand how programmers, game designers, artists, technical artists, QA, and producers work together to transform a creative vision into a product intended for an international audience.

This experience had a significant impact on my approach to game development. Many of the working methods, development practices, and quality approach I still use today as an independent developer are directly derived from the lessons I learned during my time at Milestone.
